Core Logistics Services

Our Logistics Solutions division offers four primary services:

  • Customs Clearance: We streamline the entry of imported goods into Jordan through an official electronic platform. Importers must register on this platform to secure approval from the Ministry of Industry and Trade. This process is designed to both protect local products and facilitate efficient imports.
  • Online Tracking: We provide advanced electronic tracking systems for all shipments, whether by sea, land, or air. Clients can monitor their goods from the moment they are ordered until final delivery.
  • Innovative Storage Solutions: We operate strategically located warehouses in Amman and the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA). These facilities offer creative solutions for foreign companies not registered in Jordan. Their goods are assigned special storage numbers and are treated as "out-of-scope" inventory. This means they are exempt from income and sales tax and can be repacked, re-labeled, or sorted for re-export. A portion of the goods can also be released into the local market. Goods stored in our Amman warehouses are subject to income tax but are exempt from sales tax.
  • Simplified Procedures: We work to simplify procedures for foreign companies, allowing them to deliver goods in Jordan without the need to open a commercial registry, appoint a representative, or establish an office. This saves them significant costs and effort.
